Am Wochenende kommen Erwachsene zu Besuch und ich suche noch nach einem Kuchenrezept. Der Stollen da oben sieht schon ziemlich beeindruckend aus und klingt gar nicht sooo kompliziert. Die schlimmsten Unfälle könnten mir da eigentlich nur mit dem Puderzucker passieren. Aber ich will die Qual der Wahl und noch mehr Rezepte! 

Der Kuchen sollte innerhalb von 1-2 Stunden ‘backbar’ sein, nicht die exotischsten Zutaten beinhalten und trotzdem wahnsinnig lecker schmecken und am besten auch noch irgendwie beeindrucken. Vorschläge?

Mmmmmmh i just ate that!

You need:

* 1 mozzarella
* 2 big tomatoes
* 1 small onion
* 3 cloves of garlic (i really like garlic, so maybe you’ll take only 1 or 2)
* some olive oil
* pepper & salt
* basil and/or oregano (or herbs you have/like)

Cut mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic and onion in slices. Make layers of mozzarella and tomatoes in a small gratin dish. Put the slices of onions and garlic over it and spread some olive oil on top. Spice with pepper, salt and basil. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake it for about 25 minutes.

Bon appetit!

I made myself a delicious and easy dinner tonight. You need (for a one-person-yummy-portion):

* some (of your favourite) pasta
* 1 big tomato
* 3 cloves of garlic 
* olive oil
* 1 spoon cottage cheese
* basil, pepper & salt

Cook the pasta and heat up some olive oil in a pan. Cut garlic and tomato in pieces and steam both together in the pan. After a few minutes you can spice with pepper, salt and basil. Switch the heat off and mix in the cottage cheese. Eat this yummy tomato sauce with your pasta and enjoy!

just made this soup out of what i had in my refrigerator. you need:

1 spoon butter
2 x zucchini
2 x clove of garlic
500ml vegetable stock
salt & pepper
1 spoon cream

Melt the butter, rasp the zucchini and garlic and do everything into the pot. Stir 2-3 minutes and fill up with 500 ml vegetable stock. Cook it for 10 minutes on low heat. In the end put the cream into the soup and pepper and salt it.
